Description: (Batch Date: 3/18) Kinda Classic is a hoppy Belgian-inspired refresher ripe with fermentation character. We fermented this beer hot with a single strain of expressive yeast, and cold conditioned for a short spell. This one crackles on the palate with notes of black pepper, sweet floral chamomile perfume, lemon pie filling, oily earl grey tea/bergamot, spring time forest, clean pils malts and other bright things sure to please. So refreshing and so complex. Please do not cellar.
