Description: Wheat beer, the mildest of our four beers, very refreshing and aromatic with the characteristic taste of the Majorcan “blat xeixa” (bread wheat). White colour, foamy high head. Lemon flavours added in the second fermentation. It has a bitterness of 15 IBU and an alcohol content of 3.7% vol. Sullerica “Blanca” wheat beer is made with a small part of barley malt, wheat malt and Majorcan unmalted wheat, two types of hops, a special yeast, water of Sóller and lemon peel from the valley.
