Description: Our annual Wet Hop IPA is made with 95% NYS grown malt from Pioneer in Rochester and filled with 75 pounds of NYS Cascade, Chinook and Nugget from Bluebell Hopyard in Victor, NY. Fred from Bluebell delivered the hops right after picking and we used our mash tun as a hopback to add all of the hops at the end of the boil. The fresh, un-dried hops lend this batch of our IPA a unique herbal and floral nose and flavor.
