Description: A blend of beers aged in gin barrels for an average of 16 months with botanicals added. The botanical addition consisted of a large dose of juniper berries, with smaller amounts of cinchona bark, gentian root, and wormwood. These additions add earthy bitterness and strong juniper notes to the blend. This is the oldest blend I've released to date. All three gin barrels that make up the blend were filled from batches brewed in January 2018. They have rested since then with the exception of a partial removal to create last year's gin barrel blend, Confluence.
