Description: This dark saison spent six months conditioning in Missouri oak with hundreds of pounds of fresh peaches from Fifer Orchards, and a blend of yeast strains that included Brettanomyces. Crafted to be reminiscent of peach cobbler, GeorgAnn has dark brown body with flavors of toasted sugar that lead to fresh peach and finish with a vanilla and a slight acidity. A bit of funk is evident from the Brett. We bottle conditioned GeorgAnn for 6 months. She has a light carbonation.
