Description: If it's the holiday season, that means it's time for El Jefe! This year's version is a hark back to the original recipe, boasting soley Simcoe hops and Simcoe Lupulin powder. This piney Black IPA was brewed with Pearl and Briess Blackprinz malt. We were aiming to showcase the hops more than the darker malt and we're pretty sure we nailed it. Think of a nice pine filled IPA with a touch of light chocolate goodness!
