Description: An exclusive version of our recently releases Ruekeller Helles, that has been bottle conditioned using a portion of Krausen wort from our normal conditioning process. You might say this beer is double krausened, once in the finishing of the beer and once again before packaging. This beer has a slight sediment that settles on and around the punt of the bottle. Decant gently for a clear pour or, swirl the last few ounces to get all of that yeasty goodness. This is the first bottle conditioned beer that we have released on the clean side of our program in years, and couldn't have turned out better.
