Description: Dry-hopped Belgian-style sour blonde ale Humulus Rueuze, our Terreux classic, is a variation on our take on the traditional Belgian-style lambic gueuze with a true Bruery twist: massive amounts of dry hops. This sour blonde aged for upwards of several years in oak barrels before blending barrels together and adding hops for a flavorful, aromatic blend. This is one complex beer, and it’s best consumed fresh.
