Mashed and sparged entirely with maple sap, ’Jack Wallace’ has an ABV of 6.43%. It abounds with roasty, malty flavors and finishes with a subtle but not imperceptible maple flavor and aroma. Boiled entirely with Cascade hops for a well balanced hop aroma bitterness and flavor... My personal favorite seasonal I’ve brewed yet.
