Description: Brewed by the women of The Glass Jug, along with the Just Us Gals (JUGs) craft beer group and the Pink Boots Society (a non-profit organization that provides scholarship and educational opportunities for women in the beer industry) to celebrate International Women's Month, this beer is hopped exclusively with a blend of hops created for the Pink Boots Society consisting of Palisade, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Loral hops, which provide a balancing bitterness and an earthly floral note. The beer features a medley of fruits and veggies. A beet was added to the mash, while blood orange and raspberry extract were added into secondary fermentation to create a bright, fruity DIPA that is perfect for the warming spring weather.
