Fermented with an assorted collection of Brettanomyces and Saison yeast and soured with Lactobacillus and Pediococcus bacteria, this rosy sour unleashes a cloud of aromas containing whispers of juniper, grapefruit peel, and hibiscus, overlaid with soft flavors of tart plum, coriander spice, juniper berries and angelica root.
