Description: Smultrumstället is a spontaneously fermented golden ale aged in oak barrels and refermented with ripe local strawberries before conditioning an additional six months in rum barrels. Each individual berry was carefully triaged for quality before being crushed and added to aged beer for spontaneous refermentation.
