Description: Wine barrel-fermented version of Japanese Denim. Brewed in August of 2019 it was placed into barrels & dosed with our house mixed culture, aged for almost a year, then thoughtfully blended & bottled in July 2020. Awesome citrus soda character balanced w/ a creamy chardonnay oak vibe.
