Description: Sleeping Forever 2019 is our anniversary Imperial Stout. We always blend in a small portion of barrel aged Sleeping Forever to add depth, and this year we decided to use 2x Laird’s (@lairdsapplejack) Apple Brandy barrels instead of Bourbon. Sleeping Forever is a full bodied, silky, and thick experience of rich chocolate, very complex malt, burnt sugar, acceptable amount of roast, sweet tobacco, and leather.⠀ 12% ABV
