Description: This new DIPA series is an exploration of variables in the brew process for us. This series will allow us to experiment with different hop blends, different malt profiles, different yeasts, different water treatments, etc. We will refrain from releasing too much information about each Combo in an effort to reduce subconscious persuasion and allow you to truly enjoy each deliciously joosey treat. This one clocks in at 8% and contains a hop combo we have never used before and a type of grain we have only used in 2x other beers.
