Description: The Garden Brewery teamed up with 16 of its favourite global breweries to work on exclusive collab beers for Restore Our Earth, a charity project we initiated with Beer52. We brewed a SMASH IPA featuring only one malt - Irish Ale Malt, and one hop - in this case we're showcasing Mosaic. We use the hop throughout the entire brewing process, from kettle to dry hop, to showcase every aspect of the variety. Mosaic got its name from its unique ability to deliver a range of flavours and aromas depending upon the conditions in which it's used. Expect notes of tropical passionfruit, mango, and stone fruit, along with a clean and balanced bitterness on the finish.
