The taste is a pleasant mix of citrus fruits, hop resins and smooth malt with a firm bitterness to the dry and hoppy aftertaste. This real ale produced in Norwich is made from some of the finest East Anglian barley. It is a bottle conditioned ale which will leave a natural yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Store upright and pour carefully to ensure a clear glass of beer.
