Description: Mystic Cortado is a special limited variant of our Mystic Knot Irish-Style Coffee Stout. This beer draws inspiration from the classic Irish Coffee and the Cortado coffee drink. The base beer is an Irish-style imperial cream stout that has been aged in bourbon and whiskey barrels for seven months. The beer was then steeped with freshly roasted and ground espresso from our friends and neighbors at Stone Creek Coffee, then blended 15% with our Java Blanca Coffee Cream Ale.
