Description: Our Second attempt at making a sour beer, Oh Snap! is a kettle soured Red ale. The malt bill is reminiscent of a Flanders Red Ale but we don't have the microbiological complexity or wood aging necessary for that style. We actually put in a quart of Strauss non-fat Greek yogurt to the kettle before the boil and left it for the the weekend. Monday morning we boiled it to sterilize it and fermented as normal.
