Description: Jonathan Fuller's winning recipe at the National Organic Home-Brewers Competition - Bugs and Cherries is a light belgian ale. We split the batch between American oak barrels inoculated with brettanomyces bruxellensis and French oak barrels inoculated with brettanomyces clausenii. The beer has been aging for eight months. Two months ago we added 40 pounds of cherries.
