Description: A custom house cider that will be sold exclusively at Pig Iron Public House and affiliated restaurants, such as the Millvale Food Truck Park, as well as on draft at Threadbare. This is a more robust, juicy, and dry version of our core Dry Hopped Cider with a six hop blend rather than three. Tasting Room Notes We use a Soergel’s orchard blend of late harvest dessert apples, including Jonagold; Empire; Macintosh; Ida Red; and Fuji.
