Description: This is a Bavarian Wheat that was a collaboration by assistant brewer Andy Schipull and local homebrewer Steve Funk. They used a Bavarian wheat yeast and added 42 lbs of raspberries from Oregon Fruit Co. to the batch after the fermentation. The Red Bluffs are located between Table Mountain and Greenleaf Peak and can be seen from our patio.
