Description: Our 2014 American Style Barley Wine was aged in our cellar for a full year in Whiskey barrels from Colorado’s Breckenridge distillery and Wild Turkey Bourbon barrels from Kentucky. Smoke Chaser is then transformed into an intensely complex and distinctive beauty with deep running flavors of Oak, Bourbon and Smoked Cherry wood. This beer extreme drinkability considering it’s alcohol content. Enjoy now in a snifter class at around 50 degrees or cellar for later for up to 5 years at 55 degrees.
