Description: Our 2015 American Style Smoked Barley Wine aged in our cellar for 12 months in Rye Whiskey Barrels. What differentiates this beer from its bourbon barrel aged counter part is an overall dryer mouthfeel and taste that accentuates the spices in the whiskey. Smoke Chaser is still transformed into an intensely complex beer with deep running flavor of oak, vanilla, and smoked cherry wood. This beer is always recommended to be enjoyed in small pours, with friends, and of course with one of your favorite cigars.
