Description: Five Leaves Left (ii) is the second in a five beer series exploring the interplay of a single hop and a single additional sugar source in an oat-based Double IPA. (ii) was brewed with honey from our friends at Fruitwood Orchards. Hopped and dry hopped intensely and singularly with the mysterious Idaho 7. This iteration of Five Leaves Left is pleasant with drippy and comforting notes of late harvest peaches, pineapple, and candied strawberries. Gonna see the river man, gonna tell him all I can.
