Description: Strawberry Brett Table Saison. L was brewed to celebrate Steve Lander’s fiftieth turn around the sun. Under Steve’s influence, we brewed a delicate little Table Saison with raw wheat. Fermented entirely with one of our favorite strains of Brettanomyces for many months and then conditioned on heaps of strawberries. An ode to our great friend and advisor. Aged to perfection in stainless steel…just like Steve. Happy Birthday Steve!
