Description: Lilac is our Galaxy, Ella and Moteuka IPA brewed with American 2 row barley and a hefty proportion of raw wheat. Hopped quite generously with Motueka and Galaxy, and fermented with an expressive SNY (Special New Yeast!!!) that we are super excited to have experimented with in one of our IPAs. Continually hopped throughout fermentation with Australian Ella and Galaxy, as well as New Zealand Motueka. 6.7% ABV. Notes of teaberry ice cream, pineapple sage, banana cream pie, pithy clementine, and tropical cocktail slushees.
