Description: Black Solstice Barlywine. Dense and comforting Barleywine brewed with Vienna malt and enough debittered black malt to make it black but not really toasty at all. Post fermentation, we conditioned this deep Barleywine atop local PA black walnuts and fresh Mandarin orange purée. Luscious notes of salted caramel, vibrant orange essence, baker’s chocolate, and poached quince.
