Description: Cryosaurus is the result of our collaboration with the lovely people of the To Øl Beer Club. The To Øl Beer Club is a subscribtion service, where we send the freshest beer we can, to people all over the world. To celebrate their fantastic support of us, we got together and brewed up the strongest and most complicated IPA ever made at Brus. Cryosaurus features not only the biggest and most complicated malt bill of any IPA we have made, but also the biggest dry-hopping load ever. Clocking in at 10% ABV, it features 3 types of wheat malt, including unmalted danish wheat and a touch of Munich for a bit extra flavor. We used Azacca in the whirlpool for the softer bitterness we all crave. The dry-hop is where things really get crazy. The majority is our 2 favorite cryo hops, namely Cryo Citra and Cryo Simcoe. Backed with Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe T-90. This beer also features 2 different yeast strains that play wonderfully together. We used our house IPA strain and an American yeast strain for slightly lower ester production. This beer is big and silly and we absolutely love it! Available exclusively in cans.
