Description: Our Flagship IPA turned out the same each time except for this time. A tiny fluke made this batch maltier and with a crisper mouthfeel, but still citrusy and piney. We almost dumped the batch out of irritation with the inconsistency, but we first gave a sample to our good friend Tim, who liked it. "It's nice," he said. Then he got serious: "Do NOT dump it." He went on, saying "f@*k, call it 'Six Gun Tim IPA' and sell it in the taphouse." It was an idea we couldn't ignore, so here we are. Luckily, not only are we starting to appreciate the beer more and more, but it's one of our taphouse bestsellers. If you get to try a pint before it runs out, remember to thank Six Gun Tim!
