Description: This Imperial IPA was stuffed full of wet hops to the point where they were brimming over the top of our brew kettle. It gets it's name from one of our brewers struggling so hard to stir the mash because it was so dense that he snapped the stirring paddle right in two. This is a big bold Imperial IPA that focuses on being balanced in all aspects (hoppiness, maltiness, alcohol levels).
