Description: This was a really fun beer for us to make as we used some hops we've never used at Town before - BRU-1 and Vic Secret. BRU-1 is big and bold with a fruit-forward character contributing aromas of pineapple and stone fruit. Vic Secret is an Australian hop known for its bright tropical character of pineapple, pine and passionfruit. The result is an absolute juice bomb. Aromas of fresh squeezed orange juice and cantaloupe lead to huge tropical fruit flavours of ripe papaya and sticky mango with a hint of dank pine on the back end. It's big bodied, but pillowy soft.
