Description: It's been a minute since we put out a Double IPA, but with the chillier temps we were looking for something to warm us up. We also had the chance to grab some Southern Passion hops from South Africa which are super rare and none of us had brewed with before. We complimented the Southern Passion with some Australian Enigma and the outcome was unreal. LIL' SEBASTIAN explodes with aromas and flavours of white grape, passion fruit, guava and red berries, and the mouthfeel is probably bigger than any other beer we've ever made. It's creamy and smooth and hides it's 8.3% almost too well.
