Description: The lawnmower beer for Belgian lovers. At 5.2% you can enjoy all the full Belgian flavors...twice! This sessionable ale is hoppy and silky smooth thanks to the addition of oats to the mash. The wonderful people of the Knucklehead recreation group have taken it upon themselves to build us a new cabin in the back country. They (we) are hoping to revive the work that the Diadem ski club did for Powell River in the 60s and 70s. In support of these efforts we have decided to revive the work we did on a beer previously known as LUFF and re-brand it as Sentinel Ridge. A homage to the location on our new alpine cabin, this beer is an introduction to Belgian beer styles. It is lower in alcohol than some of our Belgian offering while still encompassing the complex flavoring you have come to expect and enjoy! GOOD TO KNOW: The Knucklehead outdoor recreation area apparently got its name from some members of the Mount Diadem ski club, a group of outdoor enthusiasts in Powell River in the 60s/70s. When one of them skied down a fairly steep peak another was overheard exclaiming "what knucklehead skied down that?!" and the name stuck.....or so the story goes.
