Description: Every so often we whip up our flagship imperial stout. Completely malt and hop driven without any syrups or honey, this stout achieves slightly less roast character by balancing roasted barley and chocolate malt in harmony with a delicate balance of crystal malts and an array of other specialty dark malts to create deep layered flavors. Thick, smooth, and slightly sweet on the finish with a crisp supporting bitterness. We taste spirit soaked dark chocolate, toasted almonds, and lightly smoked plum raisin flavors. Drink at 50 degrees or more.
