Aged in Quails’ Gate Vineyards Marechal Foch barrels for one year, the time in barrel has definitely mellowed out the roasted edges of the malt and added in layers of dark fruit and oak notes. A wonderfully complex brew, coming in at a sessionable 5% ABV and 35 IBU, it will be perfect for enjoying during the early part of the Fall season.
