Description: The Curiosity Series has been our template for hoppy beer exploration for almost seven years. It enables us to try new things and to experiment with hops in a way that’s outside the box of the processes developed for our core line-up. For Ninety Three, we have worked exceptionally hard to understand how hop selection sensory analysis ultimately translates into the finished flavor profile of a beer. The better we understand this outcome, the better our beer will be across the board. Ninety Three pours a lustrous yellow color in the glass and emanates flavors and aromas of juiced clementine, papaya, guava, passion fruit, and soft mango.
