Description: With Curiosity Seventy Seven, we are highly invigorated to find cutting edge hops that pair well with our traditional varieties. To that end, Seventy Seven finds us utilizing several of the experimental varieties we have played with over the past year blended with traditional Tree House pairings. The result is a beer that is quite distinctive, and different from recent Curiosity offerings with more of a peach, pear, honeydew melon, strawberry kiwi flavor profile when compared to more citric, pineapple forward offerings of late. It is super intriguing and exciting to have process result in such a unique and pleasurable offering.
