Description: For this particular batch, we focused on mash and kettle salt additions, drastically increasing our rate of particular salts that contribute to body & mouthfeel. It is hopped intensely with new age & experimental American hops on both the hot and cold side of our process. The result is a beer that is distinctly rich and velvety on the palate, with a syrupy body and heavy effect on the tongue. We taste honeydew melon, papaya, guava, and stonefruit - a cornucopia of flavor on the more syrupy, less intense side of things. This beer is super enjoyable for those who like a full bodied, densely flavored Double IPA - a unique and delightful juice bomb, indeed! Enjoy!
