Description: We've evolved our flagship farmhouse ale, Trillium, into an approachable stainless fermented wild ale featuring our native New England wild culture. For this iteration of Trillium, made with Valley Danko Rye, Flaked Wheat, and Pilsner Malt, we added a heavy dry hop of Citra to enhance a bright lemony citrus aroma with herbacious, floral notes of lemongrass. Crisp, refreshing flavors of lime rickey, and white wine on the palate. Well balanced with moderate acidity and a medium body.
