Description: Rue Anemone was brewed in December 2019. Undergoing primary fermentation with our Native New England Mixed Culture, it was aged for nine months in an oak foeder before enjoying a period of bottle conditioning. This beautifully golden American Wild Ale offers gentle aromas of freshly zested valencia orange, lightly toasted biscuit, and a gentle thyme-like herbaceousness. Moderately dry, with soft and refreshing acidity, Rue Anemone is endlessly drinkable.
