Description: In September of 2017, we released our first collab with Toronto's Bellwoods Brewery. Utilizing their recipe for Witchshark and applying our yeast and processes, Street Shark Double IPA was born. As part of our 2020 Hit Refresh series, we've brought back this mythical beer and amplified it to new levels. At 9.0% ABV, Super Street Shark is a deep yellow and heavily hazy Imperial IPA. The nose offers a melange of fruit notes, with intermingling aromas of mango nectar, pineapple, papaya smoothie, and citrus zest immediately present. Towards the back of the palate, a fresh floral-meets-pine complexity rounds out the sip. Medium-bodied and fairly dry, Super Street Shark is intensely hoppy but well-balanced.
