Description: Skyless Moon is inspired by the red-hued ales of East Flanders. It was built with a grist of specialty malts to create a layered and more characterful malt expression than our typical mixed fermentation beers. The beer was brewed in January of 2019 and put to rest in red wine barrels for over a year, then conditioned in stainless steel for an additional two months. This beer pours an autumnal reddish-brown, with aromas of cranberries, baking spice, and deep cherry pit.
