Description: Elder sister of our Fraîcheur, it is too strong to be drunk during the day, hence «La Fraîcheur du Soir» (evening cool). A double wheat beer, i.e. brewed with about twice the amount of grain used for its little sister, containing pilsner malt, unmalted wheat and oats grown at the foot of the Jura mountains, cilantro, bitter orange peel, Magnum, Tettnanger and Spalter Select hops, fermented with a Belgian witbier yeast, and bottle conditioned, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
