The aroma starts with biscuit malt and sweet caramel which are joined by dark fruits, raisin, and cotton candy once it is sipped. A slight spicyness from the Belgian yeast and a subtle hop bitterness balance the rich sweetness. A great beer to savour as long as you are mindful of the 8.4% ABV!
