Description: Aaron Stanley and the Head Primate brewed this monster stout on a cold December day in 2014 using a hefty amount of toasted malt and pounds upon pounds of toasted organic coconut. The coconut was added to the mash, the boil and then "dry hopped" with more coconut. After the fermentation was completed, we added a generous amount of oak spirals that had been soaking in spiced Caribbean rum. This brew was bottle conditioned and aged for over four months.
