Description: Enigma is an Australian hop and by definition, something that is puzzling or difficult to understand. Enigma, the hop, is complex, elegant and intriguing, so we decided to make this single-hopped Pils, to showcase all that it has to offer. If a hop can be bright, then that’s Enigma. Bright, delicate and refined, with an abundance of finesse. Enigma Pils displays juicy white peach, wine-like and grassy notes and is so quenching, it’s hard to stop at just one.
