Description: We got together with our good mates from the banana bending state, The Scratch Bar and Newstead Brewing, to brew up a ThaIPA. This Asian inspired IPA used a combination of Azzacca, experimental HPA 035 and Citra hops, to contribute resinous, fruity and spicy notes. For Thai inspiration, we used tamarind, cardamon, finger limes, galangal and rice noodles. ThaIPA is dank, fruity, citrusy, spicy and a bit tart. Drink with an open mind and a healthy serve of Pad Thai!
