Description: "Is it beer or is it wine? On paper it´s a strong wheat beer, but when you pour it and taste it it´s more like a dessert wine. We brewed a strong wheat based wort and fermented it on steel before letting it hibernate in freshly emptied red wine oak barrels for more than a year. The result is a complex and intense beer for sipping, with aromas of toffee, oak, vanilla and madeira leading to a massive caramel maltiness, chewy tannins and more oak. Enjoy". Blended with 30 % Wheat bock.
