Description: Cutters and Union collaboration. The combination of Pale, Caramel, Rye and Victory Malt meld with additions of Chinook Hops to provide a smooth bitter taste balanced with a slightly spicy bouquet. To further accentuate the aroma, Cameron and Dustin gave Rye on the Scarecrow a whole leaf hop bath before boiling, and generously dry hopped it in the cask.
